Midweek Lenten Worship Begins February 22nd

As has been our practice for quite a number of years, we will observe Ash Wednesday that evening with a Service of Holy Communion at 7pm. That service will also include an opportunity for all who wish to have ashes imposed on their foreheads as a sign of our intention to consider our sin and need for God's gracious forgiveness in this penitential season.

The Ash Wednesday Service - and all subsequent Lenten Wednesday Services will be preceded by a soup supper - serving a variety of soups, sandwiches, relishes, dessert, and drink each Wednesday from 5 - 6:45pm. Our After5/Confirmation kids will serve the first supper on Feb. 22, and the final supper on March 28. We will be seeking individuals and/or groups to serve the four other suppers during the Lent Season. Our Lenten Theme for 2012 is Voices of the Prosecution
